Shipping policy

We ship every SOVA order from our fulfillment centers in the United States. Here's what to expect after you hit checkout.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery times are:

  • US Domestic - Regular: 2-4 business days (USPS)
  • US Domestic - Express: 1-3 business days (USPS Priority, US only)
  • Canada: 3-5 business days (FedEx)
  • Europe (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom): 3-5 business days (FedEx)
  • Rest of World (Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam): 3-5 business days (FedEx)

Delivery estimates start once your package leaves our warehouse and don't include processing time. Customs clearance can occasionally add delays outside our control.

Where We Don't Ship

We currently can't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, Spain, or any country not listed above.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders ship from the US, so customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and aren't included in your order total - they're the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
